Fiscal is an AI-powered personal finance assistant that provides financial information, budgeting insights, and general guidance based on Canadian financial standards. Fiscal uses artificial intelligence to analyze your financial data and provide personalized responses.

ALL OUTPUTS, CHAT RESPONSES, BUDGETING INSIGHTS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

Fiscal does not provide certified financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
12345678 Ontario Inc. does not operate under a fiduciary duty.
The user assumes full responsibility for any financial decisions made based on Fiscal's AI-generated outputs.
Always consult a certified financial planner, accountant, or licensed advisor before making significant financial decisions.

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to use Fiscal.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

5. Bank Account Connection

Fiscal uses Plaid to connect to your bank account.
By connecting, you authorize Fiscal to access your account balances and transaction history for the sole purpose of providing personalized financial insights.
This data is processed ephemerally and never permanently stored.
You may disconnect your bank account at any time.

6. Third-Party Service Dependencies

Fiscal relies on third-party services including the Plaid API for data connectivity and external AI providers for inference. We are not liable for service interruptions, data delivery delays, calculation errors, or discrepancies originating from third-party service providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fiscal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 12345678 Ontario Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from actions taken based on AI-generated outputs.

8. Intellectual Property

All design layouts, proprietary prompt logic, code, algorithms, and branding assets associated with Fiscal are the exclusive property of 12345678 Ontario Inc. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
